Temo

The French company Temo focuses primarily on the sailing community with innovative lightweight products. For this target group, they develop lightweight outboard motors that excel not so much in range, but primarily in ease of use, weight, and design. Temo's hallmark is its "from scratch" approach. They don't try to electrically rebuild an existing product, but instead consider the needs behind a product (such as propulsion, torque, handling, weight, appearance, etc.) and create a completely new design based on that. The Temo450 is a super-light motor like no other. Inspired by Asian pole motors and completely unlike any existing outboard motor. The Temo1000 is an absolute eye-catcher. An outboard motor that looks like a rudder with a sleek design and a beautiful metallic blue finish. No fuel tank, shaft, or propeller, but a blue "rudder" that conceals the battery with a small but very powerful pod at the bottom. Temo products are designed, developed, tested, and, with the exception of the battery cells, manufactured entirely in France.
