TS Enovations Bi-stable Discharge Protect (12V) Each bi-stable relay is constructed from a high-quality high-power relay and equipped with additional electronics for a special function. The control voltage is 12 or 24 VDC. The relay has two positions and the armature can remain in either position when the relay is not energized. The contacts operated by the armature therefore remain in the position in which they were last switched. An internal voltage pulse is sufficient to switch the relay, and therefore it requires hardly any electrical energy to close or break the circuit. Please note that a bi-stable relay always requires a voltage at the input to be able to switch!
