This red heat shrink tubing, suitable for cable diameters from 25.4 to 12.7 mm, is suitable for cable diameters of 70 mm, 95 mm, and 120 mm. Heat shrink tubing is used as electrical insulation and as a permanent sheath around solder or crimped connections. When heated, for example, by a gas burner or paint stripper, the tubing shrinks in diameter but not in length.
