Long life tubular plate batteries Lifespan: >20 years at 20ºC, >10 years at 30ºC, >5 years at 40ºC. Cycle expectation up to 1500 cycles at a discharge depth of 80%. Manufactured according to DIN 40736, EN 60896 and IEC 61427. Low maintenance Under normal operating conditions and 20ºC, you only need to add distilled water every 2 – 3 years. Dry-charged or ready-to-use There are two types of OPzS batteries available: batteries filled with electrolyte and dry-charged batteries (for long-term storage and container or air transport). Dry-charged batteries must be filled with dilute sulfuric acid (density 1.24kg/l @ 20ºC). The electrolyte may be stronger for a cold climate and weaker for a hot climate.
