The Xtreme series is an industrial energy storage solution. Firstly, the series uses a true pure lead-acid (99.9%) battery, which is resistant to high temperatures. Furthermore, it features integrated resistance measurement, and the series can be used in parallel with up to 8 or 10 units. However, there are a few important notes when using the Xtreme series. Monitoring is essential, and the series is only suitable for systems with SOC monitoring. The system design is 50% DOD with a maximum discharge of 70%. If the discharge falls below 80%, the battery is damaged. The Xtreme VR series represents the highest level of current pure lead-acid batteries in AGM technology and leads the way in energy and power density for lead-acid storage technologies. They are ideal for use as UPS batteries in data centers, backup batteries in telecom applications, or in small ESS systems.
