The remote on/off function eliminates the need for a high-current switch in the input wiring. The remote on/off function can be controlled with a low-current switch or, for example, by the engine's on/off switch (see manual). Thanks to the adjustable output voltage, this converter can also be used as a battery charger. All models are short-circuit proof and can be connected in parallel to increase output power. An unlimited number of units can be connected in parallel. When installed with the screw terminals facing downwards, the converter is IP43 rated. Thanks to the screw terminals, no special tools are required for installation. The input fuse is only replaceable on 12V and 24V models.
