The SW1000 NO-SP-ST is designed for DC loads, including motors used on electric vehicles like industrial trucks. The SW1000 is designed for use in power distribution applications where a continuous load is switched. These contactors are primarily designed for use with DC loads, but can also be used with AC currents. The SW1000 has double-break main contacts with silver alloy tips that are weld-resistant, wear-resistant, and highly conductive. This compact contactor can be mounted vertically or horizontally, but if mounted vertically, the coil should be at the bottom. Optional extras include auxiliary switches, brackets, coil covers, and magnetic latching, allowing the switch to remain closed without consuming power.
