What is the Shelly LAN Switch? The Shelly LAN Switch is a DIN-mountable Ethernet switch with five (5) RJ-45 eight-pin terminals (8P8C) for connecting network equipment via Ethernet cables. 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet is supported, which means the network port automatically switches between two speeds: 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps. The device selects the highest stable speed possible among the connected devices, with a maximum of 100 megabits per second. This is the Shelly solution for a stable and consistent wired network connection to the devices, directly from the fuse box or distribution board. This enables a fast, stable, and secure wired internet connection. Why install in the distribution board (DIN rail)? This Shelly switch is designed to fit perfectly into your existing fuse box and simplify network management, for a neat and efficient setup. Furthermore, the switch can be placed directly in the cabinet to establish wired connections with up to 4 other devices with LAN connectivity.
