Lightweight and portable
With its streamlined design and weighing just 15 kg (33 lbs) (including the removable 5 kg battery), the TEMO 1000 is easy to handle and installs effortlessly on your boat. Its streamlined design with integrated handle makes it quick and convenient to take anywhere.
Powerful
With its 1000W motor, specially designed propeller and optimised efficiency, the TEMO 1000 offers a static thrust of 28kg (equivalent to 3hp), allowing you to propel a large 6-person dinghy or a small sailboat up to 8 metres.
Retractable handle
The TEMO 1000 innovates by offering a retractable and rotating handle. The advantage?
Retracted handle: The motor can be used as a simple propulsion system for a boat that already has a tiller. Select your speed, pull in the handle, and gain space and freedom of movement! (For example, on a sailboat).
Handle out: The engine allows you to propel and steer the boat using the control lever (for example on a tender).
Quick installation
With its 360° rotating bracket, the TEMO 1000 installs effortlessly on your boat in seconds. Thanks to its ingenious mounting system, the motor can be raised several notches for use in shallow water. It can also be rotated completely around itself for secure installation in the boat. The mounting point can also be adjusted directly on the motor using a rail, allowing for a perfect installation height regardless of the transom design of your dinghy or boat. So you don't have to choose between a long or short shaft; the TEMO 1000 covers both lengths.
Autonomous
Convenient interchangeable battery system! With the TEMO 1000, you can enjoy 60 minutes of autonomy (cruising speed) or much more (slow power)! Thanks to the removable battery system and waterproof, automatic connectors, you can swap batteries in seconds and continue your journey.

Is the Temo 1000 waterproof?
Yes, 100% waterproof with IP67 certification (tested for 30 minutes at 1 meter depth) and designed for a saltwater environment.
Is Temo 1000 Quiet?
Performance, comfort, and everything else increases, but noise decreases. The TEMO 1000 is an extremely quiet outboard motor that lets you enjoy nature on the water.
How do I know if Temo 1000 is suitable for my boat?
The TEMO·1000 is an easy replacement for conventional small gasoline outboard motors. It's just as powerful as a standard 3 hp engine, but lighter, cleaner, quieter, and more comfortable. With a static thrust of 28 kg, the TEMO·1000 easily propels tenders for up to 6 people, rowboats, sloops, and sailboats up to 8 meters or 1 ton. Another important point: the TEMO·1000 is equipped with a retractable mount. Retracted: the engine can be used solely as a propulsion system, saving space on a sailboat, for example. What is the range at full power?
The TEMO 1000 comes with a 740 Wh lithium-ion battery that allows you to cruise for 45 minutes at full speed and up to 1 hour at cruising speed. Need more range? No problem, the battery is removable and can be replaced in seconds thanks to the automatic connectors. Additional batteries will be available as accessories in June 2023.
How do I securely attach the Temo 1000 to my boat?
The TEMO·1000 outboard motor comes with a universal motor mount that fits any transom. The mounting point on the motor is height-adjustable, making it easy to switch from a long-shaft to a short-shaft setup. The transom mounting point also has several notches so you can adjust the motor's angle in the water, adjusting the propeller depth to suit your draft.
How do I charge the Temo 1000?
The TEMO·1000 is an electric outboard motor with a lithium-ion battery. To charge your motor, simply connect the battery directly to the mains (either on the motor or separately) using the included 220V charging cable. You can also charge the TEMO·1000 via a 12V socket while on board your boat. You can find the appropriate charger in our accessories range. Charging time: 5 hours at 220V and 12 hours at 12V
What is the warranty period?
