This new generation of motors combines a powerful 1100W motor (comparable to a 3 HP gasoline engine) with ease of use and quiet operation.
At Robust-MT, we offer this model in two main versions: the Essential and the Range . This allows you to choose the Torqeedo Travel Package that best suits your boating style.
Choosing the right set depends on how long you plan to sail. The motor is identical in both cases (1100 W), but the battery pack differs.
The Essential is the ideal choice for most boaters. This package comes with the standard 1080 Wh lithium battery.
Advantage: Lighter in weight and perfect for shorter trips or use as a dinghy motor.
Application: Tenders, small inflatable boats and short day trips.
Want to sail carefree all day without having to recharge? Then choose the Range package. This comes with a larger battery capacity (1425 Wh), allowing you to sail up to 30-40% longer.
Advantage: Maximum range for longer days on the water.
Application: Sailing boats entering/leaving harbour or longer cruises.
In addition to the battery choice, you also choose the shaft length in this variable product:
S (Short / Shorttail): For transoms with a height of up to approximately 44 cm. Most commonly used for inflatable boats.
L (Long / Longtail): For transoms taller than 44 cm. Often used on sailboats or larger sloops.

Every Torqeedo Travel Package is packed with smart technology. The built-in on-board computer with GPS continuously calculates your remaining range. Using Bluetooth, you can easily connect the motor to the Torqeedo app on your smartphone for live data and updates.
