The Victron Blue Smart IP65 24V 8A battery charger CEE 7/17 is designed for charging 24V battery systems from 230VAC. This charger's charging current is 8A, using a seven-step intelligent charging algorithm, capable of charging 24V battery systems with a battery capacity between 40Ah and 80Ah. The charger is equipped with a round CEE 7/17 contoured plug for Schuko sockets. The battery is charged intelligently... for perfect condition. The seven-step charging algorithm gets the most out of your battery. The charger provides the battery with the power it needs, maintains its health, and ensures better performance... and a longer lifespan. Recovery of deeply discharged "dead" batteries. Unlike other brands, the Blue Smart IP65 charger will attempt to recharge a deeply discharged battery by force-feeding it with a low current. Normal charging will then resume as soon as sufficient voltage is present across the battery terminals. Easy battery connection The charger comes with both alligator clips as well as M8 connection points, allowing for easy connection to the battery. If desired, the battery can be left permanently connected. Remote battery status monitoring The Blue Smart IP65 Charger features built-in Bluetooth, allowing the status of the charger and battery to be monitored on a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
