Victron Smartsolar MPPT 150/85 12/24 (Autoselect)/36/48V is a solar charger for 12/24/36/48V systems. The maximum nominal PV capacity that is transmitted by the solar charger with a 12V system voltage is 1200W, with a 24V system voltage that is 2400W, with a 36V system voltage that is 3600W, and with a 48V system voltage that is 4900W. The maximum PV-Nullast voltage of this solar charger is 150V. The Smartsolar solar loading controllers have a programmable battery council algorithm, and standard Bluetooth Smart built in to be able to set the solar vein and to monitor solar yield. With Ve.can or Bluetooth up to 25 sun veins can be put in series and connected to a Color Control GX or other GX device. Each controller can be managed individually, for example with a smartphone or iPad (Bluetooth) or with a Color Control GX (VE.CAN) and then possibly also on the VRM website. Bluetooth Smart built-in: no dongle requires the wireless solution to set up, monitor and update the controller via Apple or Android smartphones, tablets or other devices. Ve.Direct for a wired data connection with a Color Control panel, Venus GX, PC or other devices. Ultrasnelle Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Especially when it is cloudy and the light intensity is constantly changing, an ultras-fast MPPT controller improves the energy yield to 30% compared to PWM loading controllers and up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers. Advanced Maximum Power Point Detection In the case of changing shadow In the case of changing shadow, the power stress curve may contain two or more maximum power points. Conventional MPPTs usually use local MPP, which may not be the optimum MPP. The innovative bluesolar algorithm always maximizes the energy yield by using the optimum MPP. BatteryLife: Intelligent battery management If a solar loading controller cannot fully recharge the battery in one day, the result is often that the battery constantly fluctuates between 'partially charged' and 'fully discharged'. Due to this condition (no regular complete charging), a lead acid battery is irreparably damaged within a few weeks or months. The battery life algorithm monitors the loading status of the battery and, if necessary, increases the tax decoupling level (by the load earlier) from day to day until the harvested solar energy is sufficient to the battery to almost the full 100% to charge. From that moment on, the level for tax decoupling is modulated so that the battery is loaded approximately once a week to almost the full 100%. Programmable battery council algorithm The loading controller starts every morning, as soon as the sun starts to shine, a new loading cycle based on a three-step charging process: bulk-absorption-float. The battery council algorithm is programmable with a set of standard settings or user defined settings. Internal temperature sensor compensates for absorption and float loading voltages for temperature. At a distance from, for example, a connection to a V.Bus BMS. Programmable relay can be programmed (including via a smartphone) to be activated by an alarm or other events. Optional: Couple LC display remove the rubber seal that protects the plug at the front of the controller and connect the display to it.
