The NMEA2000 drop cable connects a VE.Bus product, for example a MultiPlus or a Quattro, to a NMEA2000 network. It transmits the progress data, AC voltage and current, DC voltage and current and general status. Other NMEA2000 devices can also send instructions to the VE.Bus product to turn it on or off, or to adjust the input current limit.
