Lynx Class-T Power In (M10) Applications Designed for lithium systems where high short-circuit power must be safely interrupted. Fuses two battery arrays directly in the rail and connects seamlessly to any M10 Lynx module: compact DC distribution in yachts, motorhomes, commercial vehicles, or storage. Distribution rail and fuse in one module The module contains a positive and a negative distribution rail made of tinned copper (8 x 30 mm), two connections for battery arrays or DC equipment, a ground connection, and two built-in fuse positions for Class-T fuses. This eliminates the separate fuse holder between the battery bank and the distribution rail. Class-T fuse for lithium * Suitable for Class-T fuses of 225 A, 250 A, 350 A, and 400 A * Fuses are not included and must be ordered separately * Class-T is the standard choice for lithium systems due to its high breaking capacity * For three or more battery arrays, multiple modules are placed side by side 1000 A continuous at 9 to 60 VDC The current rating is 1000 A continuous, equal to the other Lynx modules. When assembling multiple Lynx modules, the module with the lowest load capacity in the array is decisive. The sum of all fuse ratings must not exceed that value. Connections and tightening torques * DC connections M10, cable lugs up to 120 mm² (3/8" – 4/0 AWG) * Tightening torque 33 Nm for both the coupling bolts and the DC connections * Fuse bolts and nuts 3/8" marked in black to distinguish them from the M10 parts; Versions with serial numbers starting with HQXXXX have M10 fuse bolts without black marking * Cable separators foldable or removable; remove the separator pin for cable diameters exceeding 10 mm * Mounting in any orientation via 5 mm mounting holes Part of the Lynx distribution system The Lynx distribution system is a modular busbar system for DC connections, distribution, circuit protection, battery monitoring, and lithium battery management. This module is available exclusively with M10 busbars and connects to all other M10 Lynx modules; connection to M8 modules is not possible. When used together with a Lynx Smart BMS or Lynx Shunt VE.Can, connect the battery bank on the left and the DC system on the right so that the state of charge is calculated correctly.
