MultiPlus 48/2000/25-50 120V The MultiPlus 12/2000/25 is a combination of a powerful pure sine wave inverter with a capacity of 2000 VA (1600 Watts), an advanced battery charger with 25 Ampere adaptive charging technology, and a super-fast AC transfer switch in a single compact housing. This MultiPlus is supplied without the necessary cables. This latest addition to the MultiPlus family features PowerControl and PowerAssist functionality. All models are suitable for 3-phase and parallel connection, and have a maximum transfer current of 50A. Victron Energy inverter/battery chargers are designed for professional use. The MultiPlus is a multifunctional energy system with a sine wave inverter, battery charger, and AC transfer switch. The batteries are charged safely, even when the quality of the power supply is low. Proven reliability The full-bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven itself highly reliable for many years. The inverter is short-circuit protected and shields against overheating, regardless of whether this occurs as a result of overload or high ambient temperatures. PowerControl – Maximizing the use of limited generator, shore, or grid power A maximum generator or shore power can be set using the Digital Multi Control control panel. The MultiPlus then takes other power consumers into account and uses only the remaining power for charging, ensuring the generator or shore connection does not become overloaded. PowerAssist – Do more with your generator or shore power Where peak power is often only needed briefly, the MultiPlus ensures that insufficient shore or generator power is immediately compensated with power from the battery. As the load decreases, the reserve power is used to recharge the battery. High starting power Required to start loads with high inrush current, such as voltage converters for LED lights, halogen lights, or power tools. Search Mode When 'search mode' is enabled, the inverter's power consumption at no load is reduced by approx. 70%. 'Search mode' means that the Multi switches off when there is no load or when the load is very low. The Multi will briefly switch on every 2 seconds. If the output current exceeds a set level, the inverter continues to operate. Otherwise, the inverter switches off again. Programmable Relay The programmable relay is set as an alarm relay by default, meaning that the relay is de-energized in the event of an alarm or a pre-alarm (inverter almost too hot, input ripple voltage almost too high, battery voltage almost too low). Remote Monitoring and Control – Optional Monitor and control your MultiPlus system locally (LAN) or remotely via the internet from anywhere in the world with the free VRM app and the free VRM portal website. Access is possible for multiple control systems via a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC.
