Please realize that every boat is different. For example, a slim, light boat sails more efficiently than a wide and heavy one. But the sailing area is also important. When sailing on sheltered water and for shorter distances, a lighter engine can be used than when sailing on open water. Always consult your dealer for this.
If you choose the right engine (see above) you can generally achieve your boat's hull speed. That is actually the maximum speed for non-planing boats. It is the speed at which the wavelength of the bow wave is as long as the waterline length of your boat. The closer to that hull speed, the more energy is consumed (or wasted) making waves. A more economical cruising speed is therefore slightly lower. Here's an indication:

Lithium-ion batteries are the technology of choice for electric mobility applications. These batteries store significantly more energy than other batteries, maintain a high current and do not lose their charging capacity over time. They are reliable even in cold weather and have no memory effect. Lithium-ion batteries also have a longer lifespan than lead-based batteries.
Torqeedo Power 24-3500
For the Torqeedo Cruise 3.0 there is the Power 24-3500 with a net capacity of 3.5 kWh on 24V. With a weight of 25.3 kg, this battery has a high energy density. With the 1,700W fast charger, this battery is charged in 2 hours at 220V. Multiple batteries can be combined for a longer range.
Torqeedo Power 48-5000
The Power 48-5000 battery is a 48V battery with a net capacity of 5 kWh and suitable for use with the Torqeedo Cruise 6.0, 10.0 and 12.0. Equipped as standard with an intelligent BMS (Battery Management System) that monitors the battery for overcharging, overvoltage, deep discharge, short circuit and overheating. The Power 48-5000 has been developed for maritime applications with waterproof connectors and a waterproof housing. Can be applied modularly for a longer range. The lifespan of this battery is unique with more than 3000 charging cycles. Using the TorqLink system, this battery can easily be connected to the components of the complete Cruise drivetrain.
