Victron Lithium Battery SuperPack 12.8V/100Ah (M8) Victron Lithium Battery SuperPack 12.8V/100Ah (M8) Applications The high-current version from the SuperPack series: 100 A charging and discharging. For motorhomes, boats, and work vehicles where an inverter or a heavy-duty alternator is connected to the battery and the standard SuperPack currents are insufficient. 100 A charging and discharging While other SuperPacks remain at 30 to 70 A, this model goes to 100 A in both directions. This allows for a significantly larger inverter to be connected, and enables fast charging from the alternator or a heavy-duty charger. Everything built-in The battery management system and the safety switch are located within the housing. No external BMS, no contactor, and no extra cabling are required. This makes the battery an almost one-to-one replacement for a lead-acid battery. Built-in safety switch The internal switch disconnects the battery in the event of deep discharge, overvoltage, or excessive temperature. The installation therefore does not need to have a separate provision for this. Parallel yes, series no. Multiple SuperPacks may be connected in parallel without restriction to increase capacity. Connecting in series is not permitted; for 24 or 48 V, choose a battery with the correct nominal voltage or a series with an external BMS.
