Victron MultiPlus 12/500/20-16 For motorhomes, vans, boats, and small backup systems requiring 230 VAC from a 12V battery bank. Powers lighting, cooling, laptops, and communication equipment, recharges the battery bank as soon as shore, mains, or generator power is available, and takes over the load within 20 ms in the event of a failure, ensuring connected electronics continue to operate uninterrupted. Battery voltage and input and output voltages For 12V battery banks, DC input range 9.5 to 17V. Output 230 VAC ±2% at 50 Hz ±0.1%, adjustable to 240 VAC and 60 Hz. The charger accepts 187 to 265 VAC at 45 to 65 Hz on the AC input. Power with 430W continuous and 900W peak Continuous 500VA / 430W at 25 °C, 400W at 40 °C and 300W at 65 °C, peak power 900W. No-load consumption 6W, in search mode 2W. PowerAssist is not available on this version; that function starts at 800VA.
