Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/100-Tr VE.Can (12/24/48V) For solar power installations with a large battery bank on yachts, motorhomes, machinery, and off-grid homes. With a 100 A charging current, you can quickly fully charge a 12 V or 24 V bank, while the screw terminals allow space for custom cable assembly and a string cabinet. Ultra-fast MPPT tracking The charge controller determines the maximum power point up to one hundred times faster than a conventional controller. In cloudy conditions, where light intensity changes constantly, this yields up to 30% more output compared to PWM charge controllers. Advanced shade detection In partial shading, multiple power points can occur on the power curve. The algorithm recognizes this and always aims for the absolute maximum, instead of getting stuck at a local maximum. 100 A charging current. With a nominal PV output of 1450 W at 12 V, rising to 5800 W at 48 V, this is the heaviest version within the 150 V series. You connect the PV strings to 35 mm² / AWG2 screw terminals, just like the battery cables. Bluetooth and VictronConnect. Bluetooth is built-in; a dongle is not required. With the VictronConnect app on your smartphone or tablet, you configure the charging algorithm, read current and historical yield data, and update the firmware.
