Applications Intended for installers who cable a complete DC installation in a single step: connections between battery banks, inverters, battery chargers, DC distribution, and fuse holders. The 50-meter roll can be cut to the required length, even in damp and oily environments. Fine-stranded conductor The conductor consists of electrolytically annealed copper in flexibility class 6. This allows the cable to be neatly routed in cabinets and around bends, without the conductors fanning out when crimping cable lugs. Double insulation and oil-resistant jacket * Conductor insulation: PVC (natural) * Outer jacket: NBR/PVC, oil-resistant, RAL 3000 * Suitable for dry, wet, and oily environments Electrical properties * Nominal voltage 0.6/1 kV, test voltage 3.5 kV * Temperature range -40 °C to +70 °C * Cross-section 16 mm², outer diameter 9.20 mm (±5%) Determining cable thickness Divide the maximum continuous current by three and then select the next available cross-section. Marking and standards The cable is manufactured according to IEC 245-6 (HD 22.6) and is continuously marked with cross-section, standard, production week/year, CE designation, meter marking, and lot/article number.
