Heavy-duty holder for the main protection between the battery bank and the distribution system in yachts, motorhomes, and work vehicles. With a range of up to 750 A and tinned copper terminals, this serves as the protection point directly behind the battery bank, even with heavy inverters and winches. Fuse replacement without disassembly: The design allows the fuse to be replaced without removing the fasteners. The terminals remain in place, keeping turnaround times short during servicing. Corrosion-resistant terminals: The studs are made of tinned copper and the fixings of stainless steel. This is important in a damp battery compartment or on board, where contact resistance caused by corrosion can cause the connection to overheat. Insulating cover: The included cover meets ABYC and USCG requirements and features break-out openings, allowing cables to enter from any direction. The base is made of reinforced polycarbonate with fire rating UL 94-V0.
