Protects the main cable between battery bank and inverter, charger, or DC distribution in 36V and 48V systems. The time-delay characteristic absorbs inrush currents from inverters and alternators without unnecessary tripping. Suitable for installations where a certified fuse is required, in commercial vehicles, vessels, and stationary setups. Battery voltage Nominal voltage 70Vdc, sufficient margin above the charging voltage of a 36V or 48V battery bank. The breaking capacity is 2500A at 70Vdc.
