The heaviest version in this series, for the main connection of a 48 V battery bank to a large inverter or DC distribution system. Nominal voltage 70 Vdc, breaking capacity 2500 A, and a cold resistance of 0.09 mΩ. Built for 48 V systems. The 70 Vdc version provides the required margin above the charging voltage of a 48 V battery bank, in the same compact design as the well-known MEGA fuse. Minimal losses. With a cold resistance of 0.09 mΩ and a voltage drop of 56.3 mV at nominal current, the loss across the fuse is low, even when the installation runs at full load for extended periods.
