The 80 A version for 36 V and 48 V installations where 60 A proves insufficient. Nominal voltage 70 Vdc and a breaking capacity of 2500 A, for the protection of battery banks, generators, and heavy DC cables. Built for 48 V systems. With 70 Vdc, there is headroom above the charging voltage of a 48 V battery bank. Where the standard 32 V MEGA fuse is not permitted, this is the appropriate version. Diffusion pill technology. The fuse with diffusion pill technology trips predictably in the event of sustained overload and simultaneously withstands the normal inrush current of inverters and winches.
