Applications The starting point of an AC16 installation on board: the shore power input enters here, and from here the protected 230 V circuit branches off to the outlets. For new builds, refits, or replacement of an outdated shore power distribution system. Residual Current Circuit Breaker 30 mA / 16 A The cabinet is equipped with a single RCBO: a residual current circuit breaker that combines the 30 mA earth leakage protection and the 16 A circuit breaker in one component. This ensures the 230 V circuit is protected in compliance in a single step, without having to mount separate components in a self-built enclosure. Base of the AC16 Power System The Ratio Electric AC16 Power System is a complete plug & play shore power system for boats. All components use the same click connections, making the system flexible and easy to expand or modify. You build further from this cabinet using internal cables and outlets. Tool-free installation The click connections connect without stripping, screwing, or crimping. This saves time in hard-to-reach places behind paneling or in an engine compartment, and eliminates the most common installation errors: an incorrectly connected wire or a clamp tightened too loosely.
