Applications For sloops, yachts, and work vessels up to 24 meters where 230 V shore power must be safely brought on board, and for motorhomes and mobile units. Flush mounting in the hull, cockpit, or superstructure provides an IP56-proof cable gland with a bayonet lock that secures the cable. Waterproof bayonet lock The shore power cable is locked into the entry with a quarter turn. This bayonet lock prevents the connection from coming loose due to movement, tensile stress, or wave action and seals the contact surface. The entry works exclusively with shore power cables with an MP16 bayonet plug and is not interchangeable with standard CEE connectors.
