Are you installing two or more solar panels side by side on the roof? Then a double set of supports between those panels is not necessary. One row of connecting spoilers supports both panels simultaneously: fewer parts, less gluing, less weight, and a sleeker end result. Also usable as extra support under a long panel. Two functions in one. This set of two spoilers is designed to easily place adjacent panels against each other. Additionally, they serve as a support spoiler halfway along the long side of a larger panel, preventing the panel from sagging due to wind or vibrations while driving. All necessary mounting screws are included in the packaging. Universally applicable. The spoilers are not limited to a fixed panel width and therefore fit any panel type. You decide how many to place per row, depending on panel length and roof load. ABS: lightweight, UV-stable, and recyclable. Made of UV-stable ABS plastic, 100% recyclable, and according to the manufacturer, more than 50% lighter than conventional mounting systems. The aerodynamic shape prevents disruptive wind noise while driving. Production takes place in Germany. Bonding to ABS For ABS products such as spoilers and roof feed-throughs, we recommend Sikaflex 552 AT in combination with Sika Aktivator-205. The activator prepares the ABS surface for bonding; the construction adhesive then ensures a permanent, elastic bond with the roof.
