DC Distribution Busbar 150A 6x M6 including ABS cover Victron Busbar 150 A with 6 terminals This distribution busbar from Victron Energy features six heavy-duty bolt connections on a single continuous strip of tinned copper. You use it as a central distribution point for either the positive or negative of a DC installation: one supply from the battery, and five outgoing connections to consumers, chargers, or inverters. The busbar is suitable for 150 A at a maximum of 70 VDC and comes with a removable, transparent protective cover. Applications Six connection points are key for most installations: battery, inverter, charge controller, battery charger, and consumer group each get their own bolt, leaving room for future expansion. With the cover in place, the entire unit is also touch-safe. * Yachts, sloops, and motorhomes with a 12 V or 24 V installation * Off-grid and backup installations up to 150 A * Central positive or negative point behind a main fuse * Installations with multiple charging sources side by side Heavy-duty connections The six bolts have a diameter of 6.35 mm (¼ inch) and are 17 mm high, providing space for crimp terminals with large cable cross-sections. The recommended tightening torque is 7 N·m: overtightening generates heat, while overtightening damages the bolt and the base. Material and construction * Tinned copper rail strip, 1.4 x 18 mm — the tin layer keeps contact resistance low * Stainless steel bolts, suitable for marine and humid environments * Tinned copper nuts * ABS base, fire class UL 94 V-0 * Transparent polycarbonate cover, fire class UL 94 HB Selection guide If four connections are sufficient, the shorter version is more compact in the cabinet. If the current exceeds 150 A, choose a rail from the 250 A or 600 A series. If there are many small groups, a 2-pole version with ten or twenty screw terminals is a better fit.
