DC Distribution Busbar 250A 2P with 6 Screw Terminals + ABS Cover Victron Busbar 250 A 2P with 6 Screw Terminals This distribution busbar from Victron Energy contains two separate rails in a single housing: one for the positive and one for the negative. At the ends of each rail, there is a heavy-duty 8 mm bolt for the main supply; between them lie six screw terminals for the outgoing groups. The busbar is suitable for 250 A at a maximum of 70 VDC and is supplied with a removable protective cover. Applications This version occupies the exact point where a 150 A busbar becomes too light but a full busbar distribution is overkill: a heavy-duty main supply on the bolts, six groups on the screws, and positive and negative side-by-side in one location. This saves mounting space and cabling compared to two separate rails, and keeps the supply and return lines of each circuit together — helpful when troubleshooting. Heavy bolts, lighter screws The bolt connections at the ends have a diameter of 8 mm (5/16 inch) and are 17 mm high; the main power supply connects here with a tightening torque of 13 N·m. The six screw connections in between are 10-24 / 4.8 mm and intended for the outgoing circuits. Therefore, distribute the 250 A wisely: the rail as a whole can handle that current, but a single screw connection cannot.
