Protects the battery against deep discharge and retains enough capacity to start the engine. What battery protection does A deeply discharged battery loses capacity and sometimes its entire lifespan. The module monitors the battery voltage and disconnects non-essential consumers before it gets to that point, or sooner, so that enough remains to start the engine. Spark-free switching Switching is performed using MOSFETs instead of a mechanical relay contact. Therefore, there is no sparking and no contact wear, which is important in areas where battery gases may linger. This prevents the system from switching back and forth during short voltage dips.
