Protects the battery against deep discharge and retains enough capacity to start the engine. What battery protection does A deeply discharged battery loses capacity and sometimes its entire lifespan. The module monitors the battery voltage and disconnects non-essential consumers before it gets to that point, or sooner, so that enough remains to start the engine. Spark-free switching Switching is performed using MOSFETs instead of a mechanical relay contact. Therefore, there is no sparking and no contact wear, which is important in areas where battery gases may linger. Adjustable and with lithium mode * Automatic detection of 12 or 24 V system voltage * Adjustable thresholds for switching off and switching back on * Separate lithium mode, controllable by a VE.Bus BMS * Delayed alarm output, loadable up to 50 mA and short-circuit proof Delayed switching The load is switched off only 90 seconds after the alarm, and switched back on only 30 seconds after the battery voltage is sufficient again. This prevents the system from switching back and forth during short voltage dips.
