Victron Quattro 48/10000/140-100/100 120 Volt VE.Bus 50/60Hz The Victron Quattro – 48/10000/140-100/100 120V VE.Bus This new inverter/charger combination from Victron Energy is specifically designed for off-grid or grid-connected PV installations and alternative power systems. The Quattro combines a powerful pure sine wave inverter with a capacity of 10,000 VA (8,000 Watts), an advanced battery charger with 140 Ampere adaptive charging technology, and a high-speed AC transfer switch in a single compact housing. The MultiPlus-II features VDE and TOR D4 certification. PowerAssist The Quattro prevents overloading of a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore connection. First, battery charging is automatically reduced to prevent overloading. Subsequently, the second level increases the output of the generator or shore power using power from the battery. ESS: Energy Storage Systems The Quattro is the main component of the Victron ESS (energy storage system), enabling a flexible combination with MPPT solar chargers or grid-connected PV inverters. Uninterruptible AC power (UPS function) In the event of a power outage, or if shore or generator power is disconnected, the inverter within the Multi will automatically activate and take over power to the connected devices.
