The WaterWorld Pod 3.5 (3.5 kW) will completely transform your boating experience. This electric motor operates virtually silently. Thanks to the direct drive, there are no mechanical transmissions. All you hear is the lapping of the water and the wind. It's mounted directly beneath the hull of your boat, saving valuable space in the cockpit or engine room. Moreover, the motor remains virtually invisible from the outside. You choose the ideal setup. The pod is available in a fixed or steerable version, allowing you to tailor the installation precisely to your specific boat and boating style.

WaterWorld designed the pod with a clever, hydrodynamic shape. Combined with the large propeller, this ensures maximum efficiency and minimal drag. This allows you to sail economically and get more cruising hours out of your battery pack. The steering feels direct and predictable. For sailors, we offer an optional folding propeller, which further reduces drag while sailing.

The robust construction delivers maximum power continuously and without problems. If you choose the right batteries, you'll achieve up to 3,000 charge cycles while retaining virtually all capacity. A complete system with tailor-made advice

We supply the WaterWorld Pod 3.5 as a comprehensive package. You'll receive the regulator, ignition lock, high-quality throttle, and a bright color display as standard. If you opt for permanent mounting , we'll also include a belly fin and freshwater anode . You can also easily view all system information on your iPhone via the convenient WaterWorld Dashboard app.

WaterWorld Electronics

Electric boating is possible with our inboard electric motors from WaterWorld. With these electric motors, you can sail 100% electric or hybrid in complete peace and quiet. Suitable for motorboats and sailboats up to 10 meters in length or 7.5 tons. The WaterWorld motor is so efficient that it produces very little heat. Therefore, no water cooling is required! This simplifies installation, eliminates the risk of clogging, and minimizes maintenance. Once on the water, another major advantage becomes apparent: you can sail your boat even longer.

Suitable for intensive professional use

The WaterWorld systems are also used in charter ships, tour boats, and work boats. The robust motors, which can also continuously deliver maximum power, make this possible. The same applies to the batteries, which can withstand up to 3,000 cycles while retaining virtually all of their energy.

A completely integrated system

All WaterWorld components (engine, controller, batteries, display, and throttle) work seamlessly together via a CAN data connection. You always have the necessary information on your display about the condition of the engine and batteries, and the remaining range. And when you use the complete system, you also get a 3-year warranty; peace of mind.

Hybrid as an option

The WaterWorld systems can also function perfectly in a hybrid configuration. This can be achieved in either a parallel hybrid configuration, with a diesel and WaterWorld engine both driving the propeller shaft, or in a series hybrid configuration with a generator as a range extender.
